The Presocratic Philosophers A critical history with a selection of texts

Geoffrey Stephen Kirk, DSC, FBA was an English classicist known for his writings on Ancient Greek literature and mythology. He was Regius Professor of Greek at the University of Cambridge from 1974 to 1984. John Earle Raven was an English classical scholar, notable for his work on presocratic philosophy, and an amateur botanist. This is a reproduction of a book believed to be published in 1957. This book may have occasional imperfections such as missing or blurred pages, poor pictures, errant marks, etc. that were either part of the original artifact, or were introduced by the scanning process.
